Owner of hOMe Vinyasa
Amy received her RYT-200 hour in 2015 from CorePower Yoga and her RPYT-85 hour (Prenatal Yoga) in 2020 from Nurture & Nourish Yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 2004, and teaching since 2015. She finds yoga to be a useful tool for coping with anxiety and a great way to practice overall well-being. Amy is excited to share her love of yoga and to bring an online platform to your hOMe so you can practice from anywhere at an affordable rate.
Farrah, a Washington, D.C. native, has her RYT-200 and RCYT-95 hour (Children’s Teacher) certification and has been practicing since 2003 as a healing practice after losing her father and eventually her mother both to heart failure. Mindfulness and yoga has guided her to live and practice a healthy lifestyle that can yield longevity and serve as a coping mechanism for grief. Farrah teaches Yoga and Mindful Movement to children and families, and yoga to adults including gentle vinyasa, restorative, yoga nidra, and meditation.
Lauren is from Cleveland, OH and lived in the DMV area for a few years before moving to upstate New York for physical therapy school. She received her RYT-200 in 2017 and has taught in both studio and campus recreation centers. Her favorite style of yoga is gentle yoga. She enjoys teaching others how to incorporate yoga into their daily lives no matter where we are or how busy we get so this online platform is the perfect way to practice that!
Winny's passion for yoga stems over 15 years of experience practicing and the past 5 years teaching. Winny has worked with a diverse practitioner base and is passionate about creating an inclusive and warm environment for all yogis! Her sequences are thoughtful and balanced - postures that build and flow into each other. Winny completed her YTT-200 (Hatha - with focus on Vinyasa) with Freddy Margolis at Village Yoga in 2014.
