I started practicing yoga with hOMe Vinyasa right around the time I got pregnant with my second. Prenatal yoga was a crucial part of my pregnancy fitness and something looked forward to weekly. It was incredible to grow with a group of women and celebrate as we each had our babies. Being able to come back together for postnatal yoga and reconnect with women around the country to honor and recuperate our bodies was the best way to get my fitness level back on track.
